Sunday morning, as members were preparing for day two of Pump Operations 1 class, Engine 12 was alerted to respond on a fill assignment for a high rise apartment fire in Wilmerding Borough. The engine responded with 5 personnel, arrived on scene, and staged for about a half hour before being released. First arriving units made quick work of the small fire.
